01 Do I need to replace my existing cameras?
No. The Cloud 20 connects to your existing ONVIF Profile-S IP cameras — up to 20 at 4 MP.
02 Does it need open ports or firewall changes?
No. The bridge makes outbound connections only, with no open inbound ports, so no router or firewall changes are needed.
03 What happens if the internet goes down?
The bridge keeps recording locally with up to 2 days of on-premises buffering, then syncs to the cloud once the connection returns. You'll also get an internet-outage alert.
04 How do I view my cameras?
From any modern browser on Windows, Mac or Linux, or the native iOS and Android apps — live and recorded video, with granular user permissions.
05 Is my video secure?
Yes — video is encrypted in transit and at rest, and your cameras sit on an isolated network behind the bridge's dual Gigabit ports.
06 How many cameras and sites does it support?
Up to 20 IP cameras at 4 MP on the Cloud 20, with multi-site support and centralised management across your account.
